In a recent development in strawberry cultivation, the performance of BP GROSS® was evaluated when applied via irrigation at a rate of 1 kg/ha, with 7-day intervals. BP GROSS® is a soluble powdered biostimulant designed to promote fruit enlargement.

The goal of this development was to enhance fruit growth and quality during a critical stage of fruit development and ripening.

Throughout the growing season, uniform development was observed, along with larger fruits with a firm texture, as well as a significant reduction in cracking—an effect attributed to the carbohydrates present in the formulation.

This result confirms that BP GROSS® is a key tool for maximizing the potential of strawberry cultivation, contributing to more profitable, high-quality production that meets the demands of both the fresh and export markets.
